I. DAY COORDINATION PACKAGE
This service is done when the client/s have already signed contracts with various vendors, but would like someone else to oversee the implementation of the arrangements and make sure everything will run smoothly and stress-free.
Unlimited bridal consultation starts upon booking.
Details
- Meet with client 1 to 2 months before the event
- Review and follow up all signed final contracts Refer reliable vendors and suppliers
- Set up meetings between/among clients and vendors/suppliers
- Carry out look-see of event venues
- Instruct entourage of their duties and responsibilities
- Provide client a complete bridal kit on the day itself at three locations namely, bridal suite, church and reception
- Provide Program Script
- Arrange and direct flow of reception program sequence
- Conduct wedding rehearsals
(This is an optional package and must be booked in advance.)
BRIDE'S/DEBUTANTE’s RESIDENCE/SUITE
- Assist bride/debutante and entourage/party for coordination and last minute details.

Implement Time Management Schedule
- Check on all supplies needed for the event such as
- Flowers

- Guest books, etc.
- Secure all accessories such as
- Rings
- Coins
- Arrhae

- Arrange gown on body form and all accessories for photo shoot

AT THE CEREMONY

- And synchronize with venue coordinators on ceremony/function program
- Physical set-up of floral arrangements, matrimonial candles, seating arrangements of entourage/sponsors, parents, bridal pews, musicians’ place
- Arrival of musicians, choir, priest, lectors, commentators, offerors

II. PARTIAL OR SEMI COORDINATION PACKAGE
This service is done when the client has already contacted and signed contracts with at least 50% of various vendors, but would like AFFAIRS to take over, polish details, and make necessary follow-ups for the wedding.

- Meet with client 3 to 6 months before the wedding
- Refer and set-up appointments with all vendors
- Review, Follow up, confer, Confirm with Suppliers for all Turned-Over and
- Signed Contracts
- Organize Wedding Rehearsal
- Monitor and keep track of RSVPs
- Plan, conceptualize and implement wedding/debut theme
III. FULL COORDINATION PACKAGE
This service starts six months to one year before the wedding.
